The department is responsible for coordination among the related academic departments for academic subjects, monitoring and assessing of course delivery in accordance with the prescribed curriculums, assisting students’ exchange program and staff abroad study cases, supervising 

(1) Office of Students Affairs and Students’ Dormitories, 

(2) Office of Examination and Convocation and 

(3) University Sport and Fitness Office.
